Gautier Lajos

Gautier Lajos was a member of the High Council of Stavenn, the city's ruling triumvirate, in the year 150 AA, at a time when the use of magick was increasing with an alarming rate. He successfully passed a law outlawing the practice of magickal arts in the city.
