Utoxor, an ice demon, was the first guardian encountered in the demonic stronghold of the northern mountains, where the rift between the Demonic Realm and the Prime Material Plane was opened and allowed the Demon Gods to escape their plane, beginning the Godsdeath War. He was dealt a killing blow by Alvetta.
Utoxor can be reached from within Demon's Pass. He will freeze foes in a block of ice, requiring others in the party to free them.
