The Nexus is the eye of all magick. For centuries, it was not known that Eloweth, Lady of the Arcane, was inherently linked to the Nexus and her continued existence kept magick instable. Anathema tainted it during the war with the Demon Gods, causing increased instability, but Eloweth was able to reverse the effects when She re-entered the Nexus and brought the Griever and Nytid with Her.
