Iktov Sholet

Iktov Sholet was ruler of Caanae sometime near the year 714 AH, in a time of great prosperity for the city. He commissioned Zangrilla Sylvia and a team of other researchers and scientists to discover a way to protect citizens from the scorching rays of the sun. The next year, 715 AH, he opened the Academia Herbalis and appointed Sylvia as its first director. After her untimely death while researching the voyria toxin, he renamed the institution the Academia Sylvalis.
