Many are the foul poisons in the land and the wise player doses himself with small doses of these toxins in order to build resistance to them. This skill will slowly strengthen your body's natural ability to produce antidotes.
The transcendent skill for antidotes is the ability to PURGE BLOOD. This will heal the body of several different types of physical afflictions.
