Acacia Farrell was a member of the early Noctusari sect that successfully seized control of Stavenn in the year 1300 AA. She was the leading member of the High Council, Stavenn's ruling triumvirate, and when Mordecai Vega and a few citizens resisted, she commanded the Diavlous to publicly execute them.
