Lysha Isle

Lysha Isle is the home of one of many nodes of power that can be used as the foundation for fortified outposts, used to protect powerful obelisks. Mount Puriaken, found on the eastern edge of the island, is rich in limestone and provides travelers with an excellent view of the entire island. The Aike River flows through the grasslands in the center of the isle, but is foul and tainted and causes nausea in those who wade into its waters. A nearby cavern is home to a village of elves and lamirans.

Flora and Fauna

  • a bushy tailed swift fox - The lithe form of this small swift fox is covered in a thick, silky coat of red fur. Pointed ears jut out from the top of its near feline head, beady black eyes resting at the top of its narrow muzzle. Its feet are covered in black boot-like patches of fur, and the onyx color also resides on the tips of its ears. A bushy tail extends outwards from its body, and the hair almost creates an elongated circle to encase the tail. A bushy tailed swift fox is quite powerful. It weighs about 100 pounds.
  • an iridescent limpet - The beautiful oval shaped shells of these limpets are a stunning mix of brown, black, orange, pink, yellow, and white, which blend to create an iridescent shine whenever hit by light. The inside of the shell is a nacre hue, the bodies of the limpets are a soft, gooey silver texture. Numerous tentacles seem to crawl out of the body of the limpet, however, they are just further extensions and indentions of the shell itself. An iridescent limpet is a humble-looking creature. It is strangely weightless.
  • a colorful sea anemone - This anemone is little more than a small sac attached to the bottom of the tidal pool here, its column-shaped body ending in an oral disc that creates the illusion of a lovely flower with numerous small arms. The mouth of the anemone is in the center of the oral disc, surrounded by beautiful, colourful tentacles which are armed with poison. A colourful sea anemone is a humble-looking creature. It is strangely weightless.
  • a corpulent harlequin duck - Slate blue feathers cover the stout body of this small harlequin duck. Though short in stature, the bird is large in girth, obviously well fed. Chestnut hued feathers grace its plump sides, a white crescent at the base of its onyx bill and at the center of its back. Small circular white patches can be seen an inch away from the duck's beady eyes, marking the animal's ears. Flat, webbed feet are the same dark tint of the bill and are strong enough to allow the duck to move quickly over any surface. A corpulent harlequin duck exudes a quiet confidence. It weighs about 43 pounds.
  • a pink oyster - The barnacle is almost heart shaped, clamping together at the back, and softly parting near the front to reveal the soft body of the oyster within. Overlapping numerous times, the hard brown shell of the oyster cannot easily be broken. The small glimpse of the inside of the barnacle shows a pink, nacre hued inner shell and a silver body. A pink oyster is a humble-looking creature. It weighs 1 ounce.
