Cult of the Enigma

From the charter of the Cult of the Enigma:

Through chance of discovery of several old texts, and careful study of the events that occurred after the Cataclysm that dawned the Age of the Awakening, the Sect of the Enigma seek to question the nature of magicks that still remain hidden beyond the depths of mortal understanding. Focused almost entirely on their pursuit of ever-greater sources of magickal power through knowledge, the Sect does not hesitate to protect that which they believe is their own. To stand in the way of their acquirement of powerful forms of magick is to invite their fury. It is their aim to identify the truths and properties that exist within the knowledge that they gather regardless of all obstacles, so that the perfect, natural state of magick is achieved and preserved.

Within this enlightenment, this collective of seekers shall make their own way in the corners of antiquity that many before have been too afeared to tread, and in doing so, forge a future brighter than their past in this desolate Age of Mortals.
