Just as the Stavennites prepared to kill the Noctusari ritualists, a fiery portal opened and Berodach appeared, followed by a horde of demons. The Stavennites fought bravely, managing to slay Berodach, but he rose from the dead as a Demon Lord. He returned to the Noctusari guildhall and with his new power, summoned the captured back to safety. In the fray, however, Kabal remained a captive of the Stavenn warriors. | ||
