The Nolmine are known to be populated by Dwarf-hating orcs, who drove out the clan of Dwarven miners who previously dwelled there. The Dwarves scattered, and had to bury the symbol of their clan: a great, jeweled axe, in their flight from the orcish hordes. The Nolmine are also famous for the purity of its ores, and many blacksmiths around the land would reward you for the ores found there.
