Velin

Nestled within the walls of the Adram Valley lies the Towne of Velin, a community of friendly if not eccentric norrjin peoples. More than likely due to the close proximity of the eerie Fenash River and the specter-infested Bors Lake, the inhabitants of Velin are extremely superstitious. Understanding of and interaction with those souls that have not fully passed on or have returned through Dis is a practice that infects most of Velin's resident's lives, and evidence of such can be seen throughout the towne.
