Sondgroth Suspira was court advisor to Kinsarmarian mayor Bela Nevere in the late part of the Second Age, at a time when paranoia and distrust of magick users was exceptionally high and the Noctusari had firm control of Stavenn. He proposed a clan of elite spies dedicated to rooting out sympathizers of the Noctusari and Stavenn, which became known as the Phantoms. He was later elected mayor of KInsarmar, but began to clash with a young Phantom named Insidian, who had developed the skill of hypnotism, which Suspira suspected had roots in magick.
He was believed to have died in the Night of Sabotage in the year 1413 AA.
