Pat'nesai Fasch was one of the lami people who settled at the bottom of the western ocean in the Second Age. He led a minor revolt against his people and emerged from the ocean to settle on the coast near the Shaahri Desert. That group would become known as the lamira, and would be instrumental in saving Antioch from ruin in the year 730 AA, during a severe drought.
