Ilom Marcell was a village elder in Kinsarmar at the time when Jaden Magnar and a team of explorers from Stavenn discovered their village. After Stavenn conquered Kinsarmar in 209 AA, he led a short-lived rebellion, but was put to death by Misae Jerica, the Stavenn-appointed governor of the occupied city.
