Imat, the Templar is the first NPC new players will meet when they enter the game as a citizen of Antioch. He is located in the Theroc Encampment. Imat teaches players some of the basic commands of the game and how to complete simple quests.
Imat is one of the few NPCs in the game that cannot be killed.

This tall Norrjin man is covered with dust and sand, and wears dented steel armour. A ragged tabard covers his armour, torn and dirted. His long black hair is streaked with grey, as is the stubble that covers his jaw. Dark eyes peer out from his narrow face, reflecting a cunning demeanor.
