Mahina Idris

Mahina Idris was the leader of the High Council of Stavenn, the city's ruling triumvirate, in the year 209 AA. After Jaden Magnar and his team of explorers returned to the city telling tales of disrespect shown to them by the villagers of Kinsarmar, she called for the army to march north and conquer them. She appointed Misae Jerica as governor of the occupied city and imposed a stiff tax upon the people, adding to Stavenn's prosperity.
