Rafe, the Blademaster

Rafe, the Blademaster is one of Kinsarmar's oldest and most elite warriors. Upon his retirement, he moved to the Vardarian Highlands and began selling his own forged weapons, and also is available to teach any aspiring combatants how to adeptly use straight, edged swords as well as sabres and scimitars.
