|desc=In the presence of an artist's workbench, you may craft an artist's sketchbook, used to hold the magickal illustrations that colour your stories and tales. Each time you sketch an illustration you will be able to customize the composition of your work, which will be visible to others when they PROBE your illustration.

A sketchbook also protects your illustrations from damage, as magickal art will experience colour fading twice as quickly if brought to life outdoors in inclement weather, or in an underwater location. Any interaction with your artworks when they have left their pages (touch, throw, etc) will also cause them to become slightly smudged.

Only one of each type of illustration may be active within a location, with the exception of threshold illustrations, and no more than three illustrations from a single Bard may be active in the same place at once.
