Reverie is a neutral NPC vendor that sells Tattoos to all players.

Carefully preparing her inks from various extracts, Reverie's deep green eyes pay close attention to her work.
Fantastic and intricate tattoos curl around the bare arms of Reverie, the colours vivid and complex, disappearing into her blue velvet dress. Young and rather beautiful, Reverie's startling jade-green eyes hold a degree of humour and wisdom perhaps out of place in one so young. Her hair has been dyed purple to compliment the tattoos which seem to run over her whole body, and each fingernail is painted a different, glossy colour. A true artisan, she sees bodies as her canvas, both her own, and other people's.
