Felan Virs was a descendant of Lyria, the first lycaean, a former Kinsarmarian rebel, and an influential leader in Khandava. In the year 106 AD, he led a group of men and women from Khandava to find a home of their own, and ventured far and away to the Celidon Forest. There, they discovered Phoenix's Crest and the labyrinthian caverns beneath it, and founded the Council of Celidon.
